User Agreement and Disclaimer

Welcome to the LunarFox Modpack provided by OrzMiku (hereinafter referred to as “the Author”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. If the user does not have full legal capacity, the user must read these terms and ensure that their guardian agrees to all operations. In this case, the user and their guardian shall bear all consequences arising from agreeing to these terms and using the Modpack. If the user has any objections to any part of these terms or cannot accurately understand these terms, they shall not use the Modpack. Any direct or indirect use, modification, or distribution of the Modpack by the user in any way (including but not limited to using redistributed or modified versions of the Modpack) shall be deemed unconditional acceptance of all terms in this agreement. If the user has any objections to any terms of this agreement, they shall not use, modify, or distribute the Modpack.

1. Terms of Use

  1. When using the Modpack, users should comply with laws and regulations, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, moral standards, and the authenticity of information.
  2. Users shall be responsible for all activities and events conducted using the Modpack.
  3. The content included in the Modpack (including the original author’s views and opinions) represents views and opinions that do not represent the views and opinions of the Author.

2. Disclaimer

  1. The Author is not responsible for any actions or consequences arising from the use of the Modpack by the user, unless such actions or consequences are caused by the Author’s intentional or gross negligence.
  2. The Author is not responsible for any losses suffered by the user due to the use of the Modpack, including personal game data and data on third-party servers, unless such losses are caused by the Author’s intentional or gross negligence.
  3. The Author is not responsible for the content of the Modpack downloaded from sources other than the Author and does not make any warranties about it.
  4. The Author does not guarantee that the Modpack will meet the user’s needs or that it will be updated in a timely and secure manner.
  5. The Author will not collect or store any personal data of the user in any form, unless the collection and storage of such data is necessary for the provision of services and has obtained the user’s explicit consent.

3. Redistribution and Non-Commercial Terms

  1. Users may distribute the Modpack or its modified versions for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial distribution is explicitly prohibited.
  2. When distributing the Modpack or its modified versions, users must clearly indicate that the distribution is for non-commercial purposes and must not charge any fees in any form.
  3. When distributing the Modpack or its modified versions, users must also provide this “User Agreement and Disclaimer.”
  4. When distributing the Modpack or its modified versions, users must acknowledge the original author and provide a download link to the original post.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. The copyright of mods, resource packs and shaders provided by third-party authors or platforms belongs to their respective owners. If you need to use this data, content, or services, please contact the respective owners. The Author is not responsible for any disputes arising therefrom.
  2. The Modpack is intended for learning and convenient communication. Users may distribute the Modpack or its modified versions on non-commercial servers, in compliance with this “User Agreement and Disclaimer” and the licenses of the mods, resource packs, texture packs, shaders, etc., provided by third-party authors or platforms included in the Modpack.
  3. Users may upload the Modpack to various platforms or use it for video production, but must acknowledge the original author and provide a download link to the original post.
